We offer a 30-day return period for our products Australia-wide. To begin the return process, you will need to email us at hello@theaergo.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If 30 days has passed since the delivery date, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please note that we require the products to be returned to us in their original condition. Any products that are damaged, or has dirt, human/animal hair, stains, mould, smells, or bed bug infestations due to poor care will no longer be eligible for a return nor replacement. We also require the products to be sent back in our original packaging, with all complimentary goods included. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The Cloud Pillow is travel-friendly. Simply compress and roll into a cylinder. We recommend keeping the pillow’s original recycled plastic packaging to maximise compression. Place the pillow and pillowcases inside The Canvas Tote Bag.

Our pillowcases are tailored to the Cloud Pillow’s custom, in-house design. Our unique cloud shape is not available elsewhere.

How long will it take to adjust to my new pillow?

It may take up to 3 weeks to adjust to your new THE AERGO pillow.

How do I care for the pillow?

The Cloud Pillow is made with premium memory foam. To ensure longevity, ensure you look after your pillow as per our recommendations and care label instructions.

Care Instructions

If you need to clean your pillow, you may remove the pillowcase for washing. However, like all memory foam materials, the Cloudfoam inside cannot be washed, and should not be spot cleaned with anything wet. If it does get wet it should be patted dry or aired, out of direct sunlight, then vacuumed or brushed gently. Please note: due to oxidation, slight decolouration of cloudfoam and height foam overtime is completely normal and does not affect the comfort or feel of the pillow.

Do I wash my pillowcase before use?

It is always best practice to give fabrics a wash before use, but it is not entirely necessary.

How do I wash my silk cloud pillowcase?

Our silk pillowcase is made from Mulberry silk (6A, the highest possible grading).

we recommend to:

Machine delicate wash or hand wash (cold setting)

Use pH neutral detergent

Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean (no trichloroethylene)

Iron low heat if necessary

As a bio-based fabric made from beech tree cellulose, there may be minimal lint after multiple washes which does not affect the softness of the pillowcase and can be easily removed by a lint remover.
