Return
30 day money back guarantee: We offer a 30-day return period for our products Australia-wide. To begin the return process, you will need to email us at hello@theaergo.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If 30 days has passed since the delivery date, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please note that we require the products to be returned to us in their original, unused condition. Any products that are damaged, or has dirt, human/animal hair, stains, mould, smells, or bed bug infestations due to poor care will no longer be eligible for a return nor replacement. We also require the products to be sent back in our original packaging, with all complimentary goods included. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@theaergo.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace the items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at hello@theaergo.com to resolve the issue. We do not offer colour exchanges once the item has shipped.
